Information collected depends on how you have communicated with us. When you click on any ‘Purchase Your Ticket!’ here buttons, you  will be transposed onto summit registration sites.  These sites will be powered by specific client chosen virtual platforms and the following information will be stored there:

 

  • Your name (first and last name).
  • Email address (for summit information and notifications).
  • Mobile telephone number (optional) – for summit text notifications and emergency contact purposes. We reserve the right to retain any text information indefinitely.
  • Country of registration for global attendee research insights.
  • Any questions you would like to ask at the summit (optional).
  • Whether you grant us permission to forward your email address as an attendee onto our Showcase exhibitors and sponsors.

 

The payment gateway for all events will be client specific.

 

When you access the virtual summit platforms at the time of the specific events, you will be offered the opportunity to upload profile details within the networking area. This will optional and will detail your name and photo – and will be completely voluntary. We advise that you do not disclose any sensitive information in the public domain.

 

When you click on any ‘Summit Notification SignUp!’ buttons, we will ask you to detail:

 

  • Your name (first and last name).
  • Email address (for summit information and notifications).

 

This information will be stored on the Mailchimp server.

However, it’s impossible for the company to completely guarantee that your  data will be immune from malicious attack or compromise; as such, you should understand that your transmission of personal data is always at your own risk. We retain data of all attendees after the end of the specific summits for marketing purposes – i.e. notification of all future events. A post event email will be sent to all attendees. Every attendee is offered the opportunity to unsubscribe from any future post event marketing information going forward.

We will collect and store all user data domestically and all user information will be subject to the laws of the United Kingdom, regardless of the country from which user data originates.
